About the Role:
As the Operations Manager at Kidcreate Studio, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our creative environment thrives. Join a passionate team dedicated to inspiring children through art and creativity in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient studio functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote studio events and classes.
- Monitor inventory and manage supplies to ensure readiness for classes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
- Track financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations management or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for arts education and working with children.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Specializing in children's art classes, camps, and art-themed birthday parties, Kidcreate Studio is an art studio just for kids. At Kidcreate Studio, children will create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different art materials.
Weekly classes, camps, workshops and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.
