We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will be crucial in supporting the CEO in day-to-day activities, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient communication. This position requires high discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Here's the lowdown:

  • You will need to be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to work an 8-hour shift.
  • If you want more GLITTER in your life, full-time work may be available.
  • Skateboards, bikes, and rollerskates are fun, but reliable transportation is a must.
  • Truly get a kick out of making a mess & believe kids should be messy too!
  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and schedule events to optimize the CEO's time.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, team members, and Franchisees.
  • Handle and screen phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • Reporting
  • Identify priorities and ensure that the CEO's time is allocated effectively.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address them to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Collaborate with other team members as necessary.
